In the small town of Harmony, four friends (and one Labrador) accidentally discover that the local traffic camera does more than just catch traffic violators. It does, oddly enough, contain messages from beyond the grave. Just how this is possible and where the message are coming from, they don’t now, but are more than eager to find out. Especially when it turns out the person sending these messages, may or may not be related tothem.
